Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Charges - Shipping Charges will be determined at time of shipment. Please call ahead if prepaying by check for exact shipping charges.
- Truck Shipments - Some items must be shipped via Freight Collect
(fenders, tail pipes, quarter panels, etc.).
- Next Day or Second Day Air - Orders shipped by this method upon
request. Charges will be as applied by shipper, plus a $4.00 special handling fee.
- COD Shipments - COD's are subject to a $10.00 handling fee. No COD
shipments will be made outside of the United States.
- Damage - Thunderbirds East is not responsible for damages incurred
during shipment. Should damages occur, please contact the carrier.
Satisfaction guaranteed on all parts. Full refund on parts returned within 30 days
when accompanied by invoice.
Parts not in stock at the time of order will be shipped as soon as possible unless
other arrangements are made. Backordered items not filled within 30 days will be refunded.
