Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Charges - All shipments are made via United Parcel Service
when possible. A minimum shipping charge of $5.00 will be applied to all orders shipped
within the United States. Foreign shipments are subject to a $10.00 minimum charge.
- Truck Shipments - Some items must be shipped via Freight Collect
(fenders, tail pipes, quarter panels, etc.).
- Next Day or Second Day Air - Orders shipped by this method upon
request. Charges will be as applied by shipper, plus a $4.00 special handling fee.
- COD Shipments - COD's are subject to a $4.50 handling fee. No COD
shipments will be made outside of the United States.
- Damage - Thunderbirds East is not responsible for damages incurred
during shipment. Should damages occur, please contact the carrier.
Satisfaction guaranteed on all parts. Full refund on parts returned within 30 days
when accompanied by invoice.
Parts not in stock at the time of order will be shipped as soon as possible unless
other arrangements are made. Backordered items not filled within 30 days will be refunded.
